From the app
Open the Settings tab in the bottom bar and tap the Support button under Support. Your email app opens with the address and subject filled in.
To help us help you
- Tell us which device you use (iPhone, iPad or Android).
- If the issue involves an exchange or wallet, name the exchange or network.
- Add a screenshot if it helps.
Never share your API secret, wallet private key or recovery phrase with anyone. KronX will never ask for them by email.
